Refund Policy

All products sold on RustModding.com are digital goods, including plugins, configurations, and custom services for Rust servers.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
A refund may be granted in the following situations:
1) The purchased product was not delivered.
2) The product is significantly different from its description.
3) A technical issue prevents the product from functioning as advertised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
4) Duplicate payments were made accidentally.
Refunds will not be issued for:
1) Change of mind after purchase.
2) Lack of knowledge or experience using Rust plugins or server configurations.
3) Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, modifications, or server setups not mentioned in the product description.
4) Failure to read the product description before purchase.
5) Requests made after the product has been successfully delivered and is functioning as described.
Custom development, server setup, configuration work, and other personalized services are non-refundable once work has started.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
